  1. Create a CDS (Clear Definition of Success) 
  2. Identify the "Things" that need addressing
  3. Identify key stakeholders - usually senior and middle management (SMM)
  4. Workshop criteria and targets with stakeholders via 1/2-1 day SMM workshop.
  5. Assign leader and team for each "thing"
  6. Create timetable in 100 day bits
  7. Present plan to all staff - invite 100% participatio​n
  8. Do it / hold them accountable for "their" plan.
  9. Revisit progress every 100 days
