THINGS



  1. Create a CDS (Clear Definition of Success) for 1,000 days
  2. Identify the "Things" you are addressing
  3. Identify key stakeholders - usually senior and middle management (SMM)
  4. Workshop measurement criteria and targets with stakeholders via SMM workshop.
  5. Assign leader and team for each "thing"
  6. Create timetable in 100 day bits
  7. Present plan to all staff - invite 100% participation
  8. Do it / hold them accountable for "their" plan.
  9. Revisit progress every 100 days
